简 介：《外国语言与文化》期刊于2016年12月23日经国家新闻出版广电总局批复成立，国内统一连续出版物号分别为CN43-1536/H，主管单位为湖南省教育厅，主办单位为湖南师范大学，出版单位为湖南师范大学出版社有限公司，学术支持单位为湖南师范大学外国语学院。 期刊坚持“语言为本、文化交融；质量至上、百家争鸣”的办刊方针，深化外国语言和文化研究，重点关注“一带一路”沿线国家的语言和文化，推出能引领学科发展、促进文化交流、服务国家建设和社会发展的创新成果。发布国内外外国语言和文化学界的前沿研究，同时为跨学科的研究提供交流的平台。 期刊主编为湖南师范大学蒋洪新校长。拟设板块主要有语言与语言学、文学与评论、翻译理论与实践、区域与国别文化、外语教学与评价等。期刊还设有书评及访谈等栏目，同时，还将根据需要不定期开设研究专栏。
